First step is you take a second to give yourself a big hug and realize what you’ve done and continue to do requires super-human physical, mental, and emotional strength. Newborn days are NO JOKE!! Second, take a long, long shower with products you love, and take deep breaths. I used to listen to my fave podcast in there shower (Poog, for what it’s worth!) Also getting out (SOLO) into nature was healing. Looking at the ocean or sitting outside listening to birds and feeling the sun on your face did wonders. Then circle back to step 1 and remember you’re a goddess. Happy Mother’s Day!
